Pidilite - Branch Manager/Area Sales Manager (2-7 yrs)
1. Responsible for overall Branch Sales Value and Volume Achievement for Regular / Volume products
2. Execution of Identified Major and Key Initiatives in the areas of Distribution Expansion, WSS Management and Sales Operation
3. Communicate & execute all commercial policies to WSS (a) Balance confirmations (b) PDC (c) - C- forms (d) Cheque Bounce / Blacklisting (e) FFS (f) Claim Management/Goods return.
4. Dealer Management
5. Collection and Updation of Competitive data/market intelligence, MS/potential mapping for key products
6. Identify markets where Market development work is to be carried out and ensuring dealer involvement and merchandising
7. Norm based depot audit to Identify stock & plan liquidation:
8. Collection of receivables.
9. Oversee the working of CMDIs and TSIs for plumbing and industrial markets
10. Manage a large distributed team and work with them to ensure sales targets
Experience / Skills:
1. Candidate must have a Post Graduate degree in management with at least 2 years- experience in sales
