Pidilite - Branch Manager/Area Sales Manager (2-5 yrs)

Job Description :

Sales :

- Setting sales objective targets (volume/value, product and territory wise, new product focused sales)

- Lead TSIs to achieve sales objectives with customer centric approach

- Devise and execute strategies (not restricted to schemes) to counter competition aggressively

- WSS management - fill gaps in coverage, reduce attrition and implement self-working service to dealers

- Scheme design in consultation with RSM / ZM and HO; improve efficiency of scheme spending based on feedback

Market Development -

- Work with Customer Service & Fulfillment Manager to develop field marketing targets and plans for user/influencer activation

- Build relationship and drive direct engagement with large contractors

Insighting :

- Collect, capture and convey feedback to HO on all aspects of the business (including product quality, pricing, packing, new product ideas, supply situations, competition activities, schemes, etc.) across channel, users, influencers, field employees

- Provide insights to HO for design of effective Major Initiatives; participate in MI reviews as needed

People & Process Management -

- Recruitment of quality TSIs, gap filling, reduction of attrition

- Full ownership and championing of all Systems, Processes, Policies and Business ensuring adherence

- Supervise and ensure training (product, systems and sales training) of all field employees in the region

- Key talent management of field (skill development plan and continuous guidance for improving performance)

Other Responsibilities :

- Execution of new product launches and working with Category Managers for collection of post-launch feedback

- Drive execution of regional element of Major Initiatives in the field

- Inventory Management and Receivables Management

- Championing of systems, policies and processes across employees in the field and ensuring adherence

Candidate Profile :

- Full Time MBA or equivalent from Tier-1 B -Schools (2015, 2016, 2017 &2018 Batches only) with 2 to 5 years of Experience from Electrical, Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Products, Building Material & Chemical industries can apply.

- Excellent communication, selling and negotiating skills is mandatory.

- Flexibility to relocate any where in India is MANDATORY.
