- Attraction & Recruitment of quality talent for various open positions across Business / Functions

- To reduce the recruitment cycle time to ensure timely closure of open positions

- Minimise recruitment costs by maximising usage of Job portals / social networking / IJP / Employee referral

- To effectively manage Vendor Development

- To enhance and improve the TA process

- Preparation of various MIS/Reports related to Hiring for Leadership team

Industry: Chemicals / PetroChemical / Plastic / Rubber

Keyskills :

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Incumbent must be preferably an MBA in HR with minimum 4 - 6 years of relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition

- Must be exposed to various Hiring assessment tools

- Must have worked on various job portals / social networking sites

- Must be able to effectively liaise with multiple stakeholders across levels
