Pickrr - Team Lead - Key Account Manager (5-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Analyse sales performance of the assigned businesses & work closely with them for their growth in the Company's portfolio
- Responsible for the collectible amounts & recovery from the assigned brands & businesses
- Manage & own a team of Key Account Managers handling a mix of MSMEs & large accounts
- Work closely with the Excellence team to revive the high potential churned/at-risk business accounts
- Design & Implement sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales & targets as per the approved plan
- Proactive approach towards translating strategy into specific business initiatives and meet the customer acquisition target as agreed with Business Heads
- Supervise daily sales performance and help oversee projects of high importance
- Designed and developed framework for pricing clients
- Help coordinate business-wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency, and success
- Work Closely within the cross-functional teams including OPS, Finance, Tech/Product & Customer Success
Minimum Requirements:
- MBA from Tier2/Tier3 institutes is preferred
- 5-6 years of experience in the sales is required
- Strong principles around Customer obsession & Ownership
- Prior experience in Logistics/Courier/Transportation/Freight industry is preferred
- Must be efficient with MS Excel & Powerpoint
- Must have a strong vendor management experience
- Proven track record of achieving allocated sales targets, BD & ability to build from scratch
- Has owned, built and managed sales teams spanning across different brands/ geographies
- Has a strong business acumen with a strong history of continued sales excellence
- Passionate and driven individuals looking to work with a similar bunch of people
