- Systematic follow up with all clients for payment of billed Invoices. - The usual method of follow-up by an affiliate would be call and email, as well as visits to larger accounts. - Resolving disputes in invoices: Ensure that the team records accurate details of disputes and questions that arise related to collection calls for referral to internal departments and follows up as necessary. - Short payment disputes: Follow up with clients and with the sales team for any short payments and issue CN against them. - Escalations: Weekly review with sales team for clients which are defaulting in payments - Reporting: Set-up reports and publish timely to relevant stakeholders to protect the health of the portfolio - Credit and Risk measures: Establish credit check to ensure the bad debts are within acceptable limits. - Reconciling ledgers of the client and map the same with books Ledger. - Getting Dispute resolved, recovering outstanding and getting Not Due Certificate signed for clients. - MS Excel, word, and outlook proficiency (Advanced Excel)
