Pickrr - Lead - Business Intelligence

Job Responsibilities (LEAD BI):

- Create / maintain data model change control / version control procedures, emergency change procedures, and monitor new software releases impacts;

- Work closely with Leadership and BI teams to identify, define and document Business Intelligence (BI) and analytical reporting needs;

- Drive business growth, upscale efficiency and optimize cost through deep leverage of data at hand and deliver clear actionable insights for business;

- Facilitating and managing account planning, pipeline reach outs, priority account analysis, revenue tracking dashboards and agendas for regional/global meetings;

- Experience in data driven business analytics by creating/automating financial models using tools such as Excel, SQL;

- Project Scope Identification, Stakeholder Management and Project Plan Preparation;

- Assist in defining processes and culture for agile implementation approaches;

- Design clear and effective communication processes for showing the BI information.

Requirements:

- Partnering with various business areas, project managers, program managers and work with the ground teams for implementation of processes;

- Experience in E-Commerce and D2C, either in logistics companies or in product companies with hands-on experience on similar projects;

- Candidates should have 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and related roles;

- Capable of working in groups as well as independently with excellent communication skills;

- Hands on multiple relational databases including Office, MS SQL Server and programming using PL/SQL;

- Excellent oral and written communication skills;

- Interpret the business problem, design the appropriate visualization methods (reports, dashboards, etc.) and work actively with the reporting team to ensure its implementation, following current standards.
