Pickrr - Business Analyst - IIT/NIT/BITS (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Apply analytical thinking and entrepreneurial mindset to help drive efficiency and continuous innovation within the sales team
- Identify and actively pursue opportunities to drive iterative improvement in all areas (e.g., process, tools, policies)
- Drive the creation and maintenance of dashboards leveraging multiple data sources
- Address data quality issues, such as data gaps or biases in underlying data sets, as well as their impact on reporting capabilities.
- Assist with target setting and enable tracking of key metrics for the sales team
- In-depth analysis of the customers- data to ideate and execute ideas on margin growth, while maintaining client acquisitions
Required skills:
- 1-2 years experience in data analytics
- B.Tech from IITs/NITs/BITS
- Problem solver
- Experience in an early-stage start-up environment and inherent hustle factor would be an advantage
- Hands-on experience of publishing dashboards and understanding of key business performance metrics
- Intelligent, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
