Position Purpose :
The Head Workforce Management is responsible for driving people management activities for blue collar and contractual workers at sites
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic :
- Define HR requirements to meet business objectives of thesite
- Build and manage a blue collar talent pipeline for site
- Prepare monthlyMIS reportswith blue collar & contractual employees data
- Prepare weekly requirement tracker
- Facilitate training process with infrastructure & material
Operational & Financial :
People Management :
- Drive manpower planning process for their site
- Ensure timely and efficient onboarding process within the frame given by the PI FC
- Keeping close eye on recruitment consultant (follow up for the resume, line up the candidate & share the Status of availability of candidate)
- Update the interview tracker regularly
- Contribute to the all activities as per the event planner
- Ensure required number of manpower availability in housekeeping
- Ensure compliance to all manpower related statutory rules & regulations
- To ensure that all operations for workforce management are conducted in a cost effective manner
- To ensure that budget allocation is adhered
- Create budgets for Workforce Management department and ensure adherence to budgets
- Contribute to budgetary controls within the area of responsibility
People :
- Ensure high productivity at the workplace
- Identify training needs for admin staff and facilitate the same in planned way
- Liaise with functional heads at site to for building requisite skills & competencies through systematic training & skill-upgradation initiatives for the team
- Inspire & motivate employees through demonstrated commitment to PI's values, vision & mission and active participation in various team engagement activities
Profile Requirements :
Educational Qualification - Bachelor's/PG degree in business administration (HR preferred)
Previous Experience - 15-20 years of experience in Human Resources function
