Core responsibilities for this role would include:

- Surface user-centric feedback about what is and is not working to our Trust & Safety product managers and help guide and prioritize technical solutions to critical user challenges

- Research, draft, implement and constantly iterate on our policies to ensure that interactions on Company reflect our values and that our platform is a safe place for our users and creators.

- Build strong relationships with Operations, Legal, Product, Engineering, Public Policy, and Communication teams in order to identify and understand opportunities to improve policies and enforcement processes.

- Drive internal and external awareness and understanding of our policies and the rationale behind them.

- You will report directly to the Head of Trust & Safety and will work closely with other Managers on the team. Be responsible for working with marketing teams to develop content for spreading awareness to our customers/merchants and regulatory partners

Desired Qualifications and Skills set:

- The ideal candidate should have more than 5 -10 years of dealing with regulatory agencies and policy-making exposure. Domain expertise in payments/ investments / fintech is an added advantage.

- This role will require good process orientation as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.

Role Requirements:

- Deep understanding of fintech and regulations

- Ability to create policy and monitoring frameworks
