PhonePe - Revenue Lead - Agency Sales/Ad Sales (8-15 yrs)

PhonePe's advertising monetization vertical is tasked with the responsibility of building & monetizing growth solutions for marketers across consumer facing ecosystems. Over the last 5 years PhonePe has built an massive and heavily engaged user base of over 300 Mn users. Providing services in the fintech space enables PhonePe to effectively cater to both consumer & advertiser needs. Team is responsible for generating direct bottom line ad revenue via platform monetization.

Core KPI will be absolute revenue driven from agency channels & BD coverage. We are looking for an agency lead with strong BD muscle to

- Open agency channels top down (CXO - VP - Account Director Levels)

- Crack agency deals & align incentives

- Establish strong pipelines with media planners at all levels

- Working on joint business plans to arrive at a revenue target

- Deliver on the revenue target by establishing business development rigours

- Monthly reviews with senior account owners & media planners & Quarterly reviews with leadership teams

- Identifying step jump opportunities to drive revenue growth with media agencies

Requirements:

Must have:

- Experience working in or with the largest advertising agencies in Indian ecosystem

- Track record of thriving in business development & revenue roles with targets (capable of handling a $20-30 Mn annual revenue portfolio independently)

- Ability to work on a large charter while prioritizing high impact / roi programs (Atleast 200-odd important stakeholders across 30 large - midscale agencies)

- Will start off as an IC role and will be equipped with a team based on requirements
