PhonePe - Program Manager - Offline Sales (2-4 yrs)
Job Description & Key Result Areas:
- Business Planning - Creating models to forecast short & long term sales, and performing feasibility analysis of new projects; Testing the model assumptions and methodology and refining it to get progressively better results
- Business Analytics - Actionable data insights to help management make informed decisions
- Project Management - Ensuring timely delivery on the objectives of the projects (both Inter & Intra functional projects) through stakeholder management, measurement through dashboards, and highlighting concern areas proactively to the management
- Process Correction : Reviewing the existing processes for effectiveness vis-- -vis their objective, and proposing correction as a result of the reviews
- Dashboard Management : End to End ownership of the dashboards circulated to the Sales field teams and Sales Ops Management
- End to end closure on the minutes of the meetings - Doing rigorous follow ups with the concerned stakeholders, enabling coordination (if needed) between these stakeholders to ensure timely closure on minutes of the meetings eg for weekly key accounts meet
- Working closely with various cross functional teams like Product, operations, sales training, HR in order to ensure end to end closure on various processes
- Driving team level projects like newsletters, KAE superhero stories etc
- Plan and organize monthly RKAM review meet with RKAM leadership and various cross functional teams
- Implement quarterly RKAM achievers- leagues for entire RKAM team, ensure monthly/quarterly employee engagement activity closure with regions/vendor as required
- Presentations - Preparing concise business/project presentations from time to time (as and when needed) for presentation during the Board meetings/HOD reviews etc.
Key attributes needed in the candidate:
- 2-3 years of post MBA experience
- Strong bias for action
- Problem solving and ownership, analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to be a strong team player
- Exposure to start up environment is an added advantage
