PhonePe - MIS Specialist - Small Business (3-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparing and maintain reports showcasing daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
- Coordination with Stake holders and maintain reports
Reports will be around the following:
- Daily business trends at various levels
- Monitoring the effectiveness of trade communication
- Tracking the goodness of various consumer offers
- Track efficiency of various process changes
- Track effectiveness of new initiative implementation
- Adhoc Analysis
Skills/Abilities:
- 3-5 years of experience in MIS
- Effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Should have basic business acumen and proactive in understanding the need of stakeholders
- Must have zeal to learn and have positive problem-solving aptitude.
- Must have good knowledge of MS office
Qualification:
- 3-5 years of experience in similar role.
- Must have done professional course in MS-excel, Access, SQL
