PhonePe - Manager - Product Operations (2-5 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Create a persistent focus on improving customer experience at PhonePe and take accountability for metrics related to customer experience.

- Own customer experience improvement projects through the entire lifecycle - identifying pain point or area of improvement, creating high impact solution, building plan of action, gaining buy-in across teams, identifying risks involved, implementing controls and successfully executing the project

- Work closely with internal teams to identify and drive critical projects in order to improve NPS and reliability metrics

- Lead team across all the verticals to drive tracks improving customer experience (non support)

- Use customer feedback to enable learnings and drive corrective actions and preventive actions to improve customer experience

- Collaborate with Product, Business, Analytics, Support, Design and Automation teams to plan and drive product and process improvement initiatives

- Plan and manage the customer experience (CX) readiness for new product or category launches

Ideal Candidate:

- B.Tech MBA preferred.

- 2-5 years of experience in mobile payment industry or any other relevant customer facing experience

- Ability to demonstrate intellectual curiosity to dig deep for a thorough understanding

- Excellent problem solving skills

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management
