Employee Communication Engagement Manager

Looking for a creative, gregarious team player to work on employee engagement and communication at PhonePe.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior managers. Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization. Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages

2. Drive engagement for the vibrant employee base at PhonePe. This includes organising small and large scale events for employees. Ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.

3. Manage projects from concept to completion - Help in requirement gathering and planning, and manage final execution completely. Keep clients abreast of progress and answer their questions.

4. Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications channels, such as intranet, monthly magazine, posters or email. You will be required to work with other teams/ external vendors

5. Draft messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees in written or spoken form

6. Co-ordinate with creative team and external vendors for communication collaterals - includes emailers, posters, videos etc.

Requirements

1. Education Background: Bachelor/Masters degree (preferably in communications)

2. Must possess solid verbal communication skills and excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, as well as the ability to source stories from employees

3. Creative ability to devise communication strategies. Familiarity with information technology, especially digital and video means of communication, is essential.

4. Proactive and innovative - Should be able to work with peers across multiple business verticals. Need to possess the confidence to deal with senior executives and explain communication techniques to them.

5. Results driven - Must be able to thrive on hard work and consistent challenge.

6. Agile - Be able to respond to new and changing requirements based on both a dynamic market and company environment.

7. Organized, deadline driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
