Job Responsibilities: - Define, Design, and implement learning and development, talent management framework and processes that grow organizational capability through focused interventions - Ensure linkage of the capability development programs and processes that grow organizational capability with the overall talent philosophy of PhonePe - Collaborate with HR Business Partners and functional leaders to identify the capability gaps and create programs in alignment with the identified objective - Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of programs and processes on an ongoing basis - Recognize the latest developments in the talent & learning trends, learning technologies - Provide guidance on selection and continuous review the LMS/LXP partner based on the relevant use case of various business functions Requirements : - MBA-HR from reputed campus with proven working experience of 5-7 years - Exposure to start-up environment is an added advantage. - Strong problem solving and stakeholder management skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders and teams for smooth execution of projects - Ability to move forward with an ambiguous problem statement and resilience to develop well- founded solutions in a structured way - Driven by data and a proven track record to develop and provide relevant reporting metrics on program results. Able to create, define dashboards, metrics, measurements of success, and conduct regular reporting to key stakeholders.
