KYC Operations Manager

Operations team at PhonePe is looking out for KYC Business-Operations Manager and details are as follows

Responsibilities -

- Define, design and deliver operations approach across front end (offline) and back end operations for KYC

- End to end ownership of the user funnel across the KYC process

- Keep track and implement changes in KYC compliance & regulation for PhonePe and partners

- Manage ongoing relationships with third party service providers across offline agencies and tech solution providers

- Monitor, improve and implement changes in KYC process to optimize for business outcomes and customer funnel

- Own and drive user satisfaction with KYC service across all non-app touchpoints

- Partner with internal product, design and engineering teams to define and drive the user experience consistent with the process

Requirements:

- Understanding of customers- needs and aspirations deeply and you are a customer champion

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude

- Domain knowledge in building and managing operations or business operations across process design, monitoring

- Experience in working with external partners - with strong presence and meeting management

- Passionate about technology, especially consumer technology

- Willingness to work as hands-on leader, and in individual contribution mode

- Strong data-driven analytical skills

- Can operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity and have a track record of building successful teams

- 4 to 6 years of work experience

Nice to Have:

- Build operations processes from scratch in the past

- Experience in banking and financial services industry with good knowledge of regulatory and compliance regime

- Experience of working in technology companies
