Job Description HR Generalists have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. Responsibilities Recruitment - Recruit top talent and achieve internal hiring goals. - Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates. - 2+ Years of experience in building Customer Experience Teams and exposure into hiring high volumes for the customer support Teams. - Strong Vendor Management - Experience solving complex recruitment issues and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor. - Design and execute customized, full cycle staffing plans, partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve the best results possible - Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders - Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard HR Operations - Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training &amp; development initiatives - Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise - Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies, quarterly and annual employee performance reviews - Undertake tasks around performance management - Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates - Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities Requirements - 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter and proven experience in HR Operations - Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search) - Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g. resume databases and portfolio sites) - Understanding of referral programs and internal job posting - Outstanding knowledge of MS Office - Excellent communication and people skills - Aptitude in problem-solving - Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
