Partnering with business to add value in new & innovative banking structures & modelling, negotiations, compliance, and reporting 5. Build world class cash management system with reliable & strong banks providing innovative cash management solutions to meet business needs 6. Nurture relationships with internal & external stakeholders such that, business goals & objectives are timely met About the role : Head of Treasury will be responsible for managing overall Treasury's Investment portfolio including operations and strategizing. The person must be a domain expert with strong control over key concepts of Treasury & Accounting. Role needs a highly energetic, truly committed and established track record professional, preferably a Chartered Accountant. Below is point wise detailed scope of work: Borrowing/Investment 1. Managing relationships with banks, lenders and other key players of money/ forex /debt markets 2. Sourcing & negotiation of terms for Investment Rates / Banking Commercials 3. Managing treasury investment portfolio with Banks/MF's/other money market instruments 4. Keeping a tab on market by interacting with various market players and investment advisers 5. Ensure 100% compliance with All Company Policies 6. Float optimization and managing cash flow planning. 7. Leading the Month End and Quarter end book closing activities related to Treasury 8. Circulation of various MIS to the Management 9. Automation of treasury processes and reducing the manual intervention Process/Policy/Compliance 1. Study and monitoring of market related variables and analyzing their financial impact on the treasury risk profile 2. Formulation of Treasury policy and risk management strategies for various group entities 3. Review and management of LC, BG and other non fund documentation with due compliance of UCP 600 4. Track & drive compliances related to ICOFR / Internal audit improvement recommendations 5. Control over accounting process/systems & bank access rights 6. Drive issuance of white paper for treasury complex transaction/ accounting for the same Cross Functional 1. Support FP&A & Accounting team for AOP, variance analysis, & preparation of board / management notes & presentations 2. Support business finance and procurement teams on sourcing options & forex 3. Closely work with Strategy/ Marketing alliance/M&A team for solutions w.r.t wiring/cross subsidizing/escrow etc. Cash-flow/Operations 1. Overseeing Cash-flow forecasting process - maintenance & betterment- Banking integration - support for implementing banking solution for virtual accounts, e-bank reconciliation, masked salary payments, MT940 dashboard, minimizing float etc. 2. Month end closure/MIS/BRS/Bank charges tracking, TDS recon 3. Issuance of material for Treasury Deck every month 4. Complete solutioning for cash management & allied needs 5.
