Offline Marketing Head - PhonePe is India's largest transactions platform built on payments. Job brief : - This role is focused on building the PhonePe brand in the country. He/she Would closely interact with regional marketing teams and regional sales leadership to work out Marketing initiatives. He/she must be a people person focused on driving key people to garner results. - This role will entail developing of keen and sharp understanding of local merchant/customer needs.The role also requires an efficient leader who monitors the operations and hence ensures efficiency in execution at any point in time. Responsibilities This resource will be responsible for the following: - Marketing & brand custodian for the offline marketing portfolio - Conceptualizing the marketing strategy for offline Marketing and successful implementation of the same to service both near term and the long-term business needs of PhonePe - Working closely with the regional marketing managers ie Local Key Accounts Team and the Mass Retail team with Marketing support such as Collaterals, BTL Deployments etc. - Candidate needs to work closely with the creative teams on designing innovative collaterals in the offline space - Accountable for RoI of all local marketing initiatives. - The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the BTL collaterals for Mass Retail & LKAM's and working closely with the marketing operations team. - Candidate will also closely be working with external vendors such as BTL agencies (printing and creative adaptation) - Working closely with the regional marketing managers to plan the marketing calendars for ATL(Above the Line) Activities - Launching cities for offline marketing and working with the central marketing counterparts for the same - Providing feedback from the market in a timely manner and ensuring the market strategy reflects the same - Keeping well versed with competitor activities in the offline space Requirements : - MBA or any others Masters Degree - 8 to12 years work experience with relevant offline marketing experience - Preferably from a FMCG/FMCD/Telecom Background - Strong Communication & written skills
