As the Creative Design Team, we are on to build one customer experiences for our users across all touchpoints, digital or physical. We are able to achieve this by integrating multiple functions of visual design on product and offline, brand and marketing design and communication, content strategy into one. Responsibilities : - Be the custodian of the PhonePe brand. Ensure all creative marketing executions are consistent, high-quality and on-brand. - Understand the business priorities and manage various project priorities - Lead the in-house marketing creative team of art directors &amp; copywriters - Manage internal stakeholders across business and strategy - Develop compelling advertising communication across scripts, activations, pr communication, digital and product customer experience. - Translate ideas into specific actions across the creative team - Over-see audio, video and static production with external agencies and partner closely with an internal marketing team. Ideal Candidate : - Industry professional with 8+ years experience working on multiple national brands either on advertising side or client side - Ability to operate across both copy and art - Leadership experience managing a team of copy-writers and creative designers - Ability to handle diverse stakeholders and facilitate constructive discussion with candor
