PhonePe - Associate Program Manager - Operations (4-7 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and design the projects across operations units and proactively monitor its progress, resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective measures

- Create, interpret and draw scope of optimization for each process with evaluation and planning for process required to set up and stabilize operations

- Identification of support/development tools and technologies required for enablement of business requirements

- Partnering closely with product leads to determine delivery approach and priority areas

- Ensure effective optimization and overall integrity of the program focus inwardly on the consistency of the program and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programs/units

- Preparing and delivering the communication actions for the advancement of the programme

- Contributing in strategic initiatives to improve transition and overall business functioning

- Development plans for all processes to be established across various functions within operations like - KYC, Contact Center, Workflow management, Offer Operations, Marketing material management & Localization.

- Design a framework for internal stakeholders and external vendors managing processes with apt security controls considering compliance and data security guidelines.

Experience/Educational Qualifications:

- Graduate/Post Graduate degree

- 4-7 Years of experience in Payment operations and program management.

- Experience of developing and implementing support tools & cross function integrations

Required Skills:

- Strong independent problem solving, Project Management, Analytical and quantitative skills

- Stakeholder management - Ability to work across teams and influence without authority.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent planning & organizing skills

- Ability to develop strong professional relationships

- Process re-engineering and improvement

- Proficient use of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Project )
