PhonePe is looking for a wordsmith to join the communications team. You get an opportunity to work on a variety of marketing content to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive experience on the PhonePe app. This role involves working independently on projects like new category launches and product enhancements with business stakeholders and creative teams to define how we communicate, explain and sell the offering to our end-users.

Responsibilities :

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Should be able to muti-task and work on multiple projects across teams

- Familiarity with different writing styles is a must; blogs, articles, notifications

- Should be comfortable analyzing data and improving user engagement metrics

Requirements.

- At least 8-10 years writing/editing experience

- Should be familiar with different writing style: Web, longform etc

- Hands on experience with MS Office

- Attention to detail

- Good organizational and time-management skills.
