Phoenix Contact - Assistant Manager - Quality Assurance (6-11 yrs)
Job description :
- 6-8 year Working Experience in Product Quality & Testing ( In-process & Final product QA )
- Knowledge of handling of failure analysis.
- Deep Knowledge of Quality System.
- Working Experience in customer handling and audits.
- Knowledge of Plastic and metal part defects. (Injection Moulding)
- Knowledge of advance Quality tools ( six sigma, 7 qc tool, MSA, etc.)
- Proactive approach by creating and presenting appropriate quality measures.
- ERP/SAP Knowledge.
- Related experience from any one industry like switchgear /cable/panel/Electrical/Modules
Operational:
- Responsible for Prepare the Monthly KPI.
- Responsible for CIP with cross functional departments.
- Responsible for the Defect Analysis.
- Responsible for Inspection report for the new product development for customize Articles.
- Responsible for Counter action against the audit findings.
- Responsible for Achieve the QA Targets.
- Responsible for Analysis of customer complaint.
Strategic:
- Responsible for Technical Customer domestic requirements on time. (COC ,RoHS, test Report.)
- Responsible for Develop the FMEA and Control Plan.
- Responsible for MSA.
- Responsible for QA Performance Review.
- Responsible for Product Audit Inspection (UL/ CSA) & compliance like CE or BIS
- Responsible for internal issues discuss with concern department in quality circle.
