Job Title: FP&amp;A Senior Role Job location: Chennai Job Description: - Lead all the planning cycles (Strategic Planning, Yearly Operating Plan/Budget, Quarterly Forecasts, Weekly Sales Flash Reports, etc.) with utmost care, high level of accuracy and thorough understanding of the business dynamics - Provides in-depth business margin insights and analysis by translating variances in financial and non-financial KPIs into actions - Build an internal network with strong links with the Finance leadership community and other business functions such as procurement, on process alignment, organizational (re)design and efficiency target realization. - Partner with different functions / business stakeholders to solve various operational / strategic level challenges faced by the organization - Liaise with FP&amp;A CoE's and co-drive and co-implement lean and efficient reporting together with Financial Management Systems CoE, (scenario) analysis, financial planning processes and continuous process improvement initiatives - Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches - Define and implement working procedures to standardize processes, increasing efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring segregation of duties and taking advantage from any possible synergies. - Support development and implementation of any other projects as applicable to take the team to next level - Quality, timeliness and accuracy of core planning, reporting and analysis deliverables in and beyond the Philips planning &amp; performance cycle - Conduct NPS- / customer satisfaction survey of key stakeholders in the businesses and take corrective actions based on outcomes. - Help prepare short-term/medium-term plans partnering with the business/functional leaders - Champion long-term growth plans for India operations, dissecting by business - Drive the teams in mitigating the risks against plan, by leading/monitoring the actions by owner - Design and develop various financial models for the business segments that are operational in India, including coming up with bold ideas considering utilization level, cost structure, etc. to ensure profitable growth - Be part of the strategic group driving the turnaround strategy including devising claw-back plan in case of any risk in achieving the same The Successful Applicant CA / CPA with experience on financial planning, analysis with rich experience in :&nbsp; - Experience developing forecasts &amp; operating plans and leading business / finance reviews with leadership teams - Strong in predictive analysis with ability to clearly connect the dots by linking the operational performance to the financial outcome - Experience in RPA improvement initiatives - Should have constant flair for industry updates, work on competition intelligence and market analysis, with good external focus - Forecasting skills with clear-cut assumptions, building base case and sensitivity around base case with the right variables - Describe the most important Leadership competencies required of the individual - Progressive working experience and roles in e.g. Finance, FP&amp;A, financial control, management reporting and analysis, preferably within an international environment. - Proven ability to navigate a complex business environment, finding pragmatic solutions while continuously looking for improvement opportunities - Experience in managing a finance team - Curious mindset, with excellent communication skills. - Hands-on leader, preferably with advanced technical skills in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred) and PowerPoint. - Ability to balance speed and accuracy
