Job Title: HR Business Partner, Health Systems

Job location: Gurgaon

Reports to: HR Head, Indian Sub-Continent

Job Summary

The incumbent will be accountable for providing strategic HR advice to Business leaders, which improves the quality of business decisions and drives business value. He/she will proactively shape the business transformation, building organizational capability, leadership strength and performance culture. He/she will work closely with diverse business leaders to provide thoughtful and relevant HR services/solutions based on a deep understanding of the market and the business. This role will also be responsible for translating strategic business objectives into an effective people plan.

You are responsible for

- Being a trusted advisor and contributing to the execution and development of the business strategy, supporting and leading organizational capability development and/or organizational alignment

- Annual reviews and making recommendations to executive management for improvement of the organization's policies, procedures and practices on HR matters.

- Using business acumen and customer relations to identify, articulate and deliver value proposition at the senior management level

- Coordinate capability development and workforce planning

- Driving the people elements of transformation and change. Leading culture and change management and supporting the transformation across the company

- Consulting with the CoEs to meet the particular needs of the business area and act as an effective steward of the HR Operating Model

- Implementing and executing people strategy with HRBP of multiple business groups, management and other stakeholders

- Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning and c-suite talent acquisition

- Act as a sparring partner for HRBPs and managers on local implications and solutions for managers and/or employees in employee relations procedures.

- Building a worldwide internal and external network and makes this knowledge applicable for the business, now and in the future

- Participating in HR-projects on a cluster / market level.

- To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

- 15+ years of experience in human resources across HR Generalist & COE roles

- Experience of managing complex Commercial teams for fast growth organizations undergoing transformation/change

- Managing a High Performing team of HR Managers

- Experience in delivery of core HR services through end-to-end framework

- Strong Stakeholder Management skills

- Excellent Communication & Influencing skills
