Job Title : Head Warehousing & Distribution

Job location : Gurgaon, NCR

Reports to : Head - Supply Chain, Personal Health

In this role. you will be responsible for :

- PAN India Warehousing and Distribution (14 WHs across India)

- Transportation from factories to WH, imports from Global factories to India

- Secondary transportation to around 1000+ customer locations, exports to SAARC

- Interface sales channels, customers, Fiscal, Legal, IMPEX, Finance & control, and service providers at local and global level

- Team coaching, development and management (6 DRs and 1 dotted line on-roll, 100+ off role/3PL resource management)

- Warehousing and transportation budget management and control (Monthly, quarterly and annually) cost reduction while improving customer SLAs

- Maintenance of stock Hygiene across WHs, adherence to Philips audit and compliance processes and policies

- 3PL operations, escalations, KPI, contract and performance Management

- Monthly operational and quarterly Business reviews

- KPIs validation, timely bonus/penalty implementation, claims settlement and service invoice validation

- RCA and CAPA of operational issues, reduction of damages, strategize, develop and implement re-packaging & late customization capabilities in the WHs

- Interface global Integrated Warehousing and Distribution team, implement global initiatives, own Market Plan of record

- Implementation of lean warehousing and operations, Daily management, 6S etc. to meet and exceed global standards

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :

- At least 10+ years of proven working experience in Warehousing/Distribution/logistics

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain

- Record of successful distribution and logistics management

- Demonstrable ability to lead a team

- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

- Having strong communication skills to manage the internal and external stakeholder expectations

- Good commercial and business understanding
