Job Title: Head-Philips People Services

Job location: Gurgaon, NCR

Reports to: PPS Director - APAC

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Lead and manager India PPS (Philips People Services) hub with tight collaboration with PPS Asia center team

- Ensure consistent and reliable service delivery (including user experience in the HR portal/contact center)

- Implement processes and initiatives to ensure continuous improvement;

- Ensure ICS (Internal Control Standard) and other regulatory compliance in India

- Operate according to defined KPIs- and SLAs across all PPS- service lines

- Manage employee data quality

- Manage vendor service delivery quality

- Manage- stakeholders & customers, service quality & NPS score

- AOP management for India, including AOP planning, review and monitor in liaison with global PPS, local HR & finance controller

- Resolve escalations brought forward by HRBP, HR managers timely

- Support HRBP, HR managers and CoEs activities through providing operational experience and supporting delivery of reports

- Participate in PPSC projects/global initiatives

- Use own knowledge and skills to mentor other members of the team to a high standard.

- Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems

- Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

- An MBA degree with 12+ years of experience in HR operations / Payroll or benefits operations

- Experience on working in a shared services environment

- Project management skills and experience

- A strong customer orientation

- Ability to present to Senior Management team and Board of Directors.  Strong interpersonal skills and adept at employee relations including conflict resolution

- The ability to build a service centered culture

- Ability to manage change within a global organization

- Influential skills to drive results cross functionally and in a matrix organization

- Excellent people management & staff development skills
