Job Title: Head CFC and S&OP

Responsibilities:
- Determines and implements the medium-term strategy for HSI supply chain department across the KM Indian Sub-Continent (includes Bangladesh, Nepal & Sri Lanka).
- Manages the Customer Fulfilment Center (CFC) that is essentially the Order Desk for the HSI business.
- Owns the various ICS processes & represents SCM for internal/external audits.
- Manages the relationship with the CFC Netherlands for effective & on time execution of KM ISC indent orders.
- Identifies opportunities for performance improvement, within own group and advises on other related areas
- Drives quality standards, targets and methods to control process quality.
- Monitors and controls processes and identify the root cause of issues/waste.
- Drives a quality mindset throughout Operations.
- Aligns the supply chain processes between the different groups in own department
- Monitor team and individual performance offers and encourages opportunities for development
- Drives HS&E procedures and standards in compliance with regulations.
- Monitors employees- health and safety at work and ensures working methods, equipment, premises and environment are safe.
- Defines and oversees the implementation of new systems and processes (including Lean) and implements new supply chain concepts
- Analyzes supply chain data to influence and improve sales, production and purchasing.
- Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
- Identifies improvement opportunities across the E2E supply chain by detecting KPI trends and/or analyzing internal and external data to generate and implement value-adding solutions with the customer in mind

Education/ Experience:
- Any Engineering Graduate plus a Master's degree preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
- 12-15 years overall experience including a minimum of 7 years of relevant SCM/Logistics experience.
- Experience with ERP and planning systems
- Experienced with Lean methodology and methods
- Preferably in a Healthcare business
- Preferably certified as Lean practitioner
