Philips - Business Process Analyst - Monitoring Solutions (SAP Solution Manager, Dynatrace, Keynote Exp is must)

POSITION TITLE Business process Analyst - Monitoring solutions

Technical Knowledge and Skills Required - The objective of this role is to manage and brings solution around comprehensive monitoring of Business processes from a Data, IT and process point of view, End user Experience Monitoring supported by (EEM) Full stack monitoring and Technical Monitoring to cover the full scope of the Philips applications and its multi layered Infrastructure enabling the applications and business processes and thereby ensure seamless business and IT operations.

Key responsibilities:

- Understand end to end business processes

- Understand the various services provided by Philips OCC

- Evaluate various monitoring solution available in the market suitable for Philips OCC requirements

- Ensure monitoring solutions are developed and deployed to take care of current and future needs of ITGS

- Manage the monitoring solution with the help of the team working as per the design

- Ensure the current monitoring tools, solutions and operations are running on a day to day basis

- Ensure improvement opportunities are identified and improve monitoring capabilities in a continual basis

- Develop Operational Dashboard & Reporting for the identified E2E Business Process KPIs

- Manage & Run E2E monitoring solutions on a Day2Day Basis

- Drive Daily Operations, Part of Critical Situation teams, analysis on existing incidents, Problem Management & build CR backlogs

- Drive improvements within landscape and business processes. Work closely with IT Global services Teams, Business process owners & Partner Teams

- Define, deploy, report, measure and improve processes and deliverables continually towards operational excellence of services by deploying Lean and Six sigma frameworks

- Exposure to ICS/SOX, Validation and FDA industry standards.

- Hands on and detail oriented, with a strong ability to co-ordinate across different Geographies and with different stakeholders

- Cross domain: clearly articulates problem statements to evolve solutions across domains.

Work Experience - 10-12+ years.

- Capability to handle multiple Monitoring tools (SAP Solution Manager, Dynatrace, Keynote) to cover

- Full stack monitoring

- Business process / EEM

- Knowledge on the various monitoring tools in the Market and its utility

- Predictive analytics knowledge and the relevant tools leverage the capabilities

- Understanding / Knowledge on business applications

- Knowledge on Network and H&S knowledge

- Consulting capability, work with the business/service management team to identify and suggest the monitoring solution

- Knowledge of Change Management and Organizational Design principles & Project Management skills

Academics

- BE/B.Tech, MS/M.Tech preferred, in appropriate operations, engineering, computing science or other technical degree focus
