Today, we are one of India's largest healthcare aggregators connecting lakhs of patients to licensed pharmacies & diagnostic centres online for all their medical needs. We are particularly catering to the chronic-care segment, and offer a range of services including medicine delivery, healthcare products, tele-consultation, sample collection for diagnostic tests as well as subscription-based services for all these categories.

Our highly efficient and technology led Consumer and Supply-chain platforms ensure that medicines & healthcare products are delivered from a licensed pharmacy within six hours of the validation of prescriptions submitted by our customers. And such customer promises are improving with the increasing scale of our business, and continuous product innovation.

By extensively leveraging the latest in hardware and software technology, we are also committed to eradicate fake medicines from the Pharma ecosystem that contribute to roughly 30% of drug volumes in India. Our product innovations have allowed for complete data transparency in the entire Pharma supply-chain to empower even the end-users to validate the authenticity and genuineness of the medicines for every medicine sold, using constructs such as unique barcoding of information like expiry dates, origination of drugs etc.

With our scalable technology and processes, we are now reliably delivering healthcare services and medicines to every single pin code in the country.

Product Management @ PharmEasy

Pharmeasy is looking for an experienced Product manager to build & scale our Monetisation charter. Monetisation in the health tech is an interesting problem to crack given the nuances around promotion of Pharmaceutical + FMCG brands while at the same time the deep pockets Brands & manufacturers command. We are looking to crack this piece across our eco system & develop a win win ecosystem for health care brands to partner & grow with us.

In this role, you'll work with a cross-functional team of business, engineers, design & data scientists to develop the Monetisation & Ads platform. You'll partner with multiple entities, internal & external, on the demand (product properties) & supply (brands, manufacturers) to grow revenues. Responsibilities:

- Drive ads & monetization product strategy and create capabilities that application teams can leverage to have a direct impact on end user experience, enable brand & revenue growth

- Create partnerships both inside and outside of the Product organization, including our internal teams, partners, operations & business teams, etc. Build trust & relationships to drive inclusive growth

- Work with Category teams to drive success by leveraging technology, building internal tools & adopting best practices

- Focused on building businesses, not features: You take ownership of business goals & outcomes & drive optimization of business performance metrics

- Evangelize product roadmap internally and externally in informal and formal settings

- Run lean experiments to inform future investment areas. Build a robust experimentation capability & culture to aid discovery & decision making

- Continuously collect customer feedback to further improve the platform and products

- Customer-obsessed. You take on complex product challenges and simplify them to avoid making them our users and partner's problems

- Exceptional decision making skills with an ability to prioritize efficiently given limited resources. You engage with key stakeholders for inputs & drive alignment on what to build.

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills. You can write proficiently & present roadmaps, progress, etc. to the core team

What are we looking for?

- Experience of working on Ads / Monetisation / Merchandising product is a BIG plus

- B.tech or equivalent in Computer / Information science engineering is a plus.

- Minimum 4+ years experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them - and you're deeply proud of what you've accomplished

- Business growth mindset - you effectively balance the needs of the partners & their success with the needs & goals of the organization to drive long term growth

- Finger-tippinesses with data: You can get the data you need & weave it into an insightful story.

- You have experience running rigorous multivariate testing and experimentation

- Empathy for users and their problems. Intrinsic motivation to solve problems & be customer obsessed

- Ability to think backwards from the customers perspective, drive bold vision for the product area but also able to execute iteratively

- Growth mindset and willingness to listen, learn and continuously improve
