Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Manager in HR to support HR related activities in WHs located in West region comprises of Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh. In this role he/she will support the warehouse Business Unit management and West operational Zonal Lead to develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. This work includes, but is not limited to, increasing workforce capability, providing change leadership, and supporting day-to-day operations as well as on-going process improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Partner with warehouse business leaders and Zonal operation leaders on workforce planning and ensuring physical presence of associates at the site.

2. Ensure 100% labor compliance at the site and review it periodically.

3. Review and analyze warehouse business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

4. Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures.

5. Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.

6. Working with business groups assess, create, and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within client group.

7. Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures.

Critical Skills and Abilities:

1. Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.

2. Prior experience in managing contractual workforce at regional level

3. Strong experience in local labor laws and compliance

4. Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.

5. Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation

6. Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network.

7. Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities.

8. Excellent MS-Office knowledge
