- End-to-end execution of all paid marketing initiatives, you will work on campaign planning, launches and optimization with a clear direction towards achieving monthly user acquisition and GMV goals - Constantly experiment and keep improving the key performance metrics - Constantly experimenting, measuring, and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CAC, LTV, etc.) - Identifying trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Actively work on identifying new growth opportunities in existing and new channels to drive incremental growth - Competitor and market analysis What you will need: - 2-4 years experience in paid marketing with a mix of search, display, video, and shopping with proven results and growth. Hands-on experience with Google (UAC, Search, Shopping) and Facebook is a must - Experience in handling large budgets (Min 30-50L/month preferable) - Know the nitty-gritty of analytics and attribution tools (we use Google Analytics and AppsFlyer) - Stakeholder management: you know how to concisely present your findings to internal stakeholders without using marketing jargons - Strong data management skills in Excel - Using GTM for marketing use-cases - Intuition for customer communication; adept at copywriting - Superior verbal and written communications skills with attention-to-detail - An ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial Bonus : - You have worked in the E-commerce industry - Worked, scaled and grown consumer products at high-growth startups - Intermediate SQL, HTML, CSS, JS knowledge would be a plus - Have working knowledge of Clevertap or other CRM tools
