An ideal candidate will have a mix of HR &amp; IR experience (min 3 years of relevant experience) preferably in an E-commerce set up. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced set up directly with the senior leadership. This role shall act as a change manager to improve and mature the HR processes &amp; systems to align with the business priorities Location - Mumbai Responsibilities : - Implement innovative interventions/processes to improve the performance on various HR metrics and initiatives such as Employee Cost, Attrition, Contract Renewals, Attendance Management etc. - Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary - Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. - Ensure legal compliance for all the processes at the warehouses by creating guidelines and policies - Managing contract labor as per requirement of the business. - Identifying training needs and ensuring the training and development of employees. - Induction, Joining Formalities &amp; Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Assistance in Performance Management MBA from Tier1 colleges or Top institutes will be preferred.
