Job Responsibilities: - Develop state-of-the-art SEO & content marketing strategies with a focus on business impact that will significantly increase SEO rankings and organic search traffic. - Extensively work with product and tech teams on technical implementations based on detailed impact analysis and prioritization - Identify strategic opportunities and prioritize them against other tactical actions to achieve a balance between short-term and long-term performance. - Create a framework to drive SEO best practices, audit performance, identify issues and analyze impact external changes (eg. search engine algorithm, competitor) - Create and implement link building campaigns in coordination with our SEO & business goals (Need On hand experience with Guest Blogging, SBM, Directories, Article Submission, etc) - Manage a small team of SEO executives Requirements: - Need to be highly analytical with a very structured approach in analyzing high volumes of datasets & deriving actionable insights - Proven track record of SEO implementations for eCommerce websites with a minimum of 2M+ monthly visitors - Hands-on experience working with SEO tools like Search Console, Screaming frog, Semrush, Afrefs, etc & analytics tools like Google Analytics, Omniture, CleverTap, etc - Proven ability to lead a team and manage monthly targets efficiently - Need to be tech-savvy with a high level of comfort working with HTML/CSS, JS, Wordpress, website debugging tools, page speed optimizations, AMP, schema and other technical SEO concepts
