We are looking for a procurement/sourcing head for our in-house brands. We currently have a large product range across different categories. We are looking for a leader who can liaison with existing vendors, identify new vendors and streamline the entire procurement function with utmost focus on quality as well as cost competitiveness.

Key KRAs:

1. Liaising with current vendors to source products within defined lead time

2. Identifying new vendors for upcoming product categories

3. Cost Negotiations with both existing and new vendors to ensure target gross margins are always maintained

4. Set up and adhere with the Quality Check Process across all vendors to ensure consistent quality of products

5. Work with the brand team to implement any changes in existing products based on consumer's feedback

6. Active involvement in packaging design along with the in-house designer

Desired Skill Set:

1. Prior experience of 10+ years in P2P sourcing, working with multiple vendors, quality control

2. Team Management Experience since this role would involve leading a team of 2-3 direct reportees

3. Hands on operator: Incumbent shall be willing to get his hands dirty given we have a fairly lean team

4. Prior experience of working in a start-up is desirable
