- Diagnostics business already has operations in top 20 cities with a network of own Phlebo and sample processing capabilities through own/partner labs
Role & Responsibilities:
- Own the new client development for diagnostic business in terms of both corporate & hospital-lab-management clients
- Crack partnerships with doctors, hospitals and other healthcare establishments to promote diagnostic services
- Own the sales targets at month/quarter/year level and create business plan / strategy to meet the plan
- Work cross-functionally with Network / Operations / Tech-Product to ensure seamless ops delivery to the clients
Desired Attributes:
- Should have minimum 7-8 years of experience in diagnostic corporate sales - Strong program management skills are a must
- Prior work experience in diagnostic business is desirable
- Ability to start from scratch & build a team over time
