Assistant Manager- Taxation Location : Mumbai Roles & Responsibilities: - Responsible to legally minimise tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations. - Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and reports accruals and purpose partnering with regional and corporate - nance, tax, legal business and operations terms. - Manage tax compliance, reporting, and - ling works. - Ensure timely and accurate - ling of all corporate income tax returns. - Act as the key point of contact and support for taxation matters. - Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support. - Manage external tax authorities and consultants locally and regionally. - Calculate current and deferred tax provision. - Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters. - Coordinate ad-hoc tax-driven business initiatives locally or regionally Desired skills : - Minimum 1-4 year of experience - Should be CA by qualification
