Pharmarack Technologies - AVP - Business Development (7-12 yrs)
Business Development
- Manage end-to-end sales process for the corporate vertical of Pharmarack - from identification of the potential leads to the closure for the Pharmarack products & services
- Structuring/conceptualizing proposals that suit companies and are in line with Pharmarack delivery framework
- Support Insights/Analytics team in strengthening the offering
- Help Pharmarack achieve its revenue target quarter on quarter
- Build excellent relationship with existing and potential clients
- Ensure positive cash-flow through timely payment receivables
Product Development
- Providing inputs in building newer data products / business analytics platforms for the companies
- Thinking of innovating products that can be built using Pharmarack strengths in technology and network
Skills required
- Aggressive in sales
- Meticulous in managing sales process and client interactions
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Office skills (power point/ Excel), presentation skills,
- Good understanding of Pharma/ Healthcare space
Other soft skills
- Business / performance driven
- Track record of excellent sales/BD achievements in the previous organization
- Eagerness to learn, Meticulous in work
- Open to communicate/ build relationships
Expected qualification
- Science graduate (BSc, BPharm, Medicine, Engg etc.)+ MBA or other post-graduation
Years of relevant experience expected
- Min 5 years in Healthcare Consulting/ Healthcare/ Pharma marketing or BD
