Position Title: Project/Engagement Manager - Forecasting Role Background: - With focus on US and Europe based Big Bio-Pharma who are also publicly listed, our commitment is to drive forecasting excellence on an ongoing basis. - We are now a community of Forecasters who have been part of the Forecasting Practice and its journey since early 2004. - With our clients focusing to bring Forecasting best practices together, PharmaACE is looking for - A-team- forecasters. - The expectation is to Up the game and bring in newer ideas to our current Forecasting Center of Excellence. The center has a team of forecasters who brings in diversity and whose KRAs revolve around idea generation. - While project execution is still the core to their contribution, but recognition comes through the innovation they potentially bring in. - And most importantly the Affinity to problem solving. - If any of you have the zeal and passion to work across markets/ portfolios, etc. you are more than invited to be a part of our Forecasting Community of Practice. Job Purpose &amp; Responsibilities: - Support a leading global pharmaceutical client and internal stakeholders by developing forecast and market assessments for varied business cases, needed in an onshore/ offshore setting, as required - Ability to conduct risks &amp; opportunity assessments for existing and pipeline products (pre-defined product to start with- in oncology space) - Project ownership role from end to end - Stakeholder Management - setting clear expectations on quality of deliverables &amp; timelines - Driving offshore work streams during the offshore stint Prerequisites: - Previous background or knowledge on Pharmaceutical forecasting; Experience on Pharmaceutical brands is a MUST - Have managed at least one team member in the past - Strong excel and PowerPoint skills - A descent background/ working knowledge around multiple therapy areas an advantage and is preferred - Adherence to client specific data privacy and compliance policies - Strong analytical background; Ability to interpret and analyse both qualitative and quantitative data points; hypothesis building with Strong excel and PPT skills. - Proficiency in various commonly used transactional data assets and others including Volumes/ Value, Rx, Specialty level, Longitudinal Patient level data assets Education: - B. Pharm/Biotech/ Science with MBA or Postgraduate in science with MBA Experience: - Required: 4+ years of Forecasting experience - Required: Experience in direct client interfacing and communication Languages: English: fluent in written and spoken Other Competencies: - Ability to demonstrate initiative and flexibility through effective and innovative leadership ability - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Innovative, and collaborative behaviours - Customer focus CTC:&nbsp;15+ LPA
