Job Description :

Key Accountabilities : List the key areas of responsibility

Business Acquisition :

- To capture business for purified water and high purity water generation and distribution equipment and systems.

- Develop and establish key account for Pharma Business

- Liaison with key consultants in the Pharma sector and establish strong relationship for business

Customer Satisfaction - To develop Service processes for various types of service contracts

Financials :

- To win service orders and generate planned annuity revenue.

- Achieve business margins

Delivery Excellence :

- Develop a delivery mechanism and structure that establishes a bench mark in the industry

- To ensure contracts are signed with realistic terms and conditions and delivery engine is geared to deliver the SLAs for Warranty and AMC support.

Reporting - Mention reporting relationships

- The position reports into the Business Head

- The Pharma sales, execution and service team will report into this position

Work Location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Preferably from Pharma - Water Industry / Capital Equipment like Reactor Vessels, Tablet Machines etc

Desired Candidate Profile :

Education :

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Chemical, Mechanical

PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required

Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required

Desired Experience :

- BE/BTECH (Chemical/Mechanical) 10-12 years of experience in Sales, Operations and Delivery of equipment business related to Pharma Industry

Key Skills Required : Areas of expertise / skills :

- Demonstrated experience of leading a multi-skilled cross-location Sales & Service team

- Strong Commercial and Business Acumen
