As a professional buyer, your everyday work will consist of using a vast array of technical, analytical, and commercial skills to: - Analyze industry and markets - Identify and leverage emerging trends for business benefits - Uncover business-building ideas and cost-saving opportunities via disruptive thinking and ideas - Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholder (Plant Operations, Finance teams, Internal Facilities Management Team) and external partners (Facilities &amp; Real Estate, External Workforce agencies etc.) - Application of emerging technologies in improving work processes Key Responsibilities Include : - Participating as a critical member of a multi-functional team (MFT) comprised of Plant Operations, IT Operations &amp; Facilities Team - Creating and executing sourcing strategies to deliver business results for P&amp;G by driving cost efficiency and process improvements - Negotiate the best price, quality and placement of Labor Contractors at P&amp;G Plants in India - Partnering with P&amp;G MFT and supplier teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our sourcing plans via Emerging Sourcing Models like Outcome Based Contract - Stay abreast with new market development and help develop and qualify new suppliers and commercial models QUALIFICATIONS : Key Expectations : Educational qualification : Post Graduate (MBA) Proficiency &amp; Mastery in External Workforce, Facilities &amp; Real Estate Industry - Demonstrated sourcing skills, particularly negotiation, commercial agreements, and relationship management to effectively manage strategic partnerships - Experience of 3-4 years of working in Procurement Function, preferably in Labor/Facilities Management/Real Estate specific roles - Strategic Thinking &amp; Leadership - Ability to recognize strategic opportunities and be able to enroll others in disruptive thinking to get results - Analytical Skills - Demonstrated ability to visualize, articulate, and solve problems and concepts, and make decisions that make sense based on available information - Ability to influence across functional boundaries (Plant team, IT Operations etc.) to develop and deliver strategy and action plans to achieve desired business results Dedication from us : You'll be at the core of breakthrough innovations, be given exciting assignments, lead initiatives, and take ownership and responsibility, in creative work spaces where new ideas flourish.
