This is a place where you can be proud to work and do something that matters.<br><br> Are you looking to take your career to the next level ?<br><br></div><div> <p>In this role you will provide Direct Tax expertise on the India Hub (including Bangladesh and Sri Lanka) to ensure the 100% compliance of tax laws and build strong internal controls with respect to tax in locations where P&amp;G does business. You will be exploring ways to improve/re-engineering the compliance process for maximum efficiency.</p><br> With us you will:- <br><br></div><div> <p>-  Responsible for India Tax Stewardship (Income tax, transfer pricing, apart from working knowledge on other applicable taxes).</p><div><br></div><p> -  Lead the frequent review of health check of business structures to ensure tax compliance.</p><div><br></div><p> -  Develop strong control systems on tax compliance</p><div><br></div><p> -  Support and understand, identify, initiate and manage tax planning opportunities/ideas in line with global policies, and work with outside counsel, global/regional tax groups/business units within P&amp;G both at planning and implementation stages, lead tax planning to deliver competitive advantage.</p><div><br></div><p> -  Design the right tax structures for new projects/initiatives in line with global P&amp;G policies.</p><br> Apply if you have:-  <br><br></div><div> <p>-  Bachelor-  s degree in Accounting plus ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)</p><div><br></div><p> -  Proficiency/ Basic knowledge of India Tax Laws and Practice and working knowledge of international taxation principles, concepts and practice, including Transfer Pricing, Sub Part F, DTA-  s, US GAAP, US Taxation, FIN 48, FAS etc.</p><div><br></div><p> -  Ability to apply the technical knowledge to solve business issues.</p><div><br></div><p> -  Strong project management skills. Able to see planned ideas right through to implementation stage</p><div><br></div><p> -  Good accounting knowledge/skills.
