Overall Responsibility:
- Collaborate with the Site E&I and Utility Category Engineering and align to site direction regarding PC&IS equipment specifications, standards and construction practices.
- Identify scope and specifications of equipment for standard and interim processes.
- Work with the Site E&I Manager and Category Project Manager to obtain alignment at each site on common and site specific scope.
- Onboard Contract Engineers and Designers, as required.
- Participate in site EI reviews.
- Establish and issue PC&IS EI procedures.
- Manage funding and delivery of PC&IS and Utility Projects.
- Deliver Process controls and instrumentation projects
- Work closely with Platform team, PCIS team and Ecosystem to develop solutions for Dry Laundry manufacturing.
- Identify industry partners, and new vendors to build a vendor database for IOT solutions.
Technical Skills Description: Sensors/Instruments/Actuators, Programmable Control Systems, HMI & Process Computers, PC&IS Project Management, and Business Leadership. Power Systems, Process & Systems Understanding, Drive Systems
- Proficiency in AB PLC-5 series programming with RSLogix software.
- Familiarity with the following P&G standard equipment and instrumentation: Equipment:
1. Allen-Bradley PLC 5 series and SLC 5/04 processors.
2. Allen-Bradley Variable Frequency Drives (model 1336 PLUS, 1305).
3. PanelView 1400E (or 1200E where existing) communicating via DH+, PanelView 900, or PanelView 550 all with keypads for flexible operator interfaces Qualifications needed: 1. Educational Qualifications: Engineering Graduate with areas of study: Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Controls & Instrumentation 2. Experience: 1- 4 years of experience
