- You will be directly responsible for the success of ecommerce direct-to-consumer business

- You will partner with technical agencies, last mile logistics partner and to problem solve and define standards

- You will directly own the relationship with payment gateway partner

- You will define the packaging standards for all SKUs

- You will own key consumer facing metrics like consumer happiness, end to end order delivery time, out of stock and % returns

- You will optimize packaging and logistics costs on an ongoing basis

- External recognition for working in a state of the art Supply Network Operations organization - We will constantly help you improve your knowledge and management abilities.

Qualifications :

Requirements (skills / experiences) for the role:

- At least 2 years of experience, but not more than 6 years experience with one of the top 6 e-commerce companies in India in customer service or logistics operations

- Experience of having partnered with

(a) technical agencies who manage e-commerce platforms

(b) last mile partners and

(c) payment gateways

- Be creative and relentless problem-solver with proven leadership behaviors

- Demonstrated strong learning capability on new business knowledge and business processes

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within teams and balance multiple priorities

- Bachelor’s degree and above
