Experience Technology Licensing Specialist Lawyer
1. Intellectual Property Rights related laws
2. Specialist experience in the Petrochemicals industry dealing with:
a. Technology Licensing Agreements
b. Basic Engineering Design Agreements or Process Design Package Agreements
c. Engineering/Technical Services Agreements
d. FEED Agreements
e. Detailed Engineering & Design Agreements
f. Proprietary Equipment Supply and Catalyst Supply Agreements
Ethane Based Projects:
- Ethane Cracker EPC
- Polyethylene Plant EPC
Gas Processing Plant:
- Processing Natural Gas and producing Ethane, Methane, Propane, Butane etc
Refinery:
- Crude to Chemicals Refinery
- Crude to White Products Refinery
- Commercial Lawyer / Contracting Lawyer
- Good Experience in working on ERP/Microsoft Office
- Team Player and ability to lead a team by setting examples.
Age Profile : 28-35 Years
- Experience in Power Project / Gas Processing Plants / Fertilizer Plants / Petrochemicals / Infrastructure Projects will be preferred.
