About Petro Rabigh

Petro Rabigh(www.petrorabigh.com) was founded as a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Sumitomo Chemical in 2005. The plant is valued at US $10 billion and originally produced 18.4 million tons per annum (mtpa) of petroleum-based products and 2.4 mtpa of ethylene and propylene-based derivatives.

Petro Rabigh II is an expansion project valued at US $8.4 billion - 25% funded by the public and the remainder equally funded by Saudi Aramco and Sumitomo Chemical. Petro Rabigh II is scheduled to be in full production by 4th Quarter 2017 and will produce a wide range of new products.

Compensation and HR Policy Specialist

- Looking for candidates with 15+ years of experience in Total Rewards and HR policies to formulate and recommend the Total Reward Strategy, and recommend the appropriate compensation and benefits mix to attract and retain the needed talent. CRP Certification would be preferable.

- Specific knowledge & business understanding

- Sound knowledge of labor legislation.

- Working detailed knowledge of compensation and benefits issues.

- Comprehensive knowledge of human resources management.

- Competencies/Skills ( Six key competencies from PRC behavioral and leadership competencies)

- Negotiation skills.

- Leadership skills.

- Strategic Management

Direct compensation and benefits strategy to ensure that current and future HR requirements are met and are in accordance with HR strategy and business needs.

- Policy Development

Lead the development of benefits and compensation policies, liaise with department heads to identify their policy concerns and ensure that best practices and industry

- Compensation & Benefits Management

Lead the compensation and benefits strategy development, oversee its implementation, oversee the management of the company's benefits plan and approve all

People Management :

- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop subordinates in order to ensure highly qualified and motivated HR team.

- Participate in Regional and Local C&B surveys to benchmark to best practice and control expenses.
