Reach & Development - Quality Control

- Hands-on experience in the testing of physical and chemical parameters such as silica, iron oxide, alumina, Ti, Ca, Mg, K2O, Na2O, LOI, Moisture, etc. Physical properties such as specific gravity, seive analysis, thermal and dimensional stability, whiteness, etc.

- Knowledge of advanced quality management systems like TPM, TQM, and SPC.

- Prepare the raw protocol for the raw materials.

- To ensure proper sampling as per the sampling plan by day-to-day monitoring of receipt of raw material as per production requirements.

- To check and upgrade the standard test procedure as per pharmacopeia changes

- To check and ensure the calibration record as per the annual calibration schedule.

- Prepare justification for instruments as per requirements.

- To visit the warehouse daily for an hour to check the activity related to QC. Coordination with other departments like production, store, purchase, and supply chain for smooth running production within a period.

- To monitor and update the annual maintenance contract of the entire instrument.

- Responsible for the investigation of OOS as on required.

- Responsible for the updation of the vendor list as per the SOP

- To train and validate the chemist for the analysis work.

- Training of SOP as per the training schedule.

- Arranging the training and troubleshooting session of the instrument from the instrument application engineer for the related instruments.

- Knowledge of different applications of processed quartz products.

- Conversant with Prevailing domestic/international STDs

- Experience in handling instruments such as XRF, UV-visible spectrophotometer, flame photometer, electrical conductivity, PH meter, etc.

- Knowledge in washing, screening, crushing, milling, and sampling.

- Statutory Compliance & Zero Accidents across All Operations.

- Any other area/work assigned based on the Business exigency.

- Effective utilization of resources.

- Knowing Telugu language is added advantage.
