We're looking for a Technical Recruiter who has a minimum of 3 years of work experience and who's passionate about recruiting. Please note this role will be on a contract with us. You can- t wait to roll up your sleeves and get things done. - An open communicator: You demonstrate empathy for our students and your colleagues, and are comfortable holding yourself and your teammates accountable for meeting shared goals. - A lifelong learner: You are always learning something new, and have a passion for improving the quality of and access to education for fellow students worldwide - Must have led large mandates in her past for some of the biggest engineering shops built from India - Should have experience converting at least 200+ hires individually - Must have a comprehensive understanding of India's top talent in terms of their aspirations and expectations Role: - Source and Screen applications, sieving out best candidates for Pesto's programs. - Evaluate technical and soft skills of candidates and score their profiles to line up interviews. - Conduct interviews to understand candidates- story, their motivation to learn, alignment to Pesto's objectives and present technical knowledge - Own & support the admission process of candidates for every batch of a Pesto program Indicative Metrics of Performance: - Quality of candidates secured for every batch (measured most immediately with Graduation Rate and Curriculum Team Feedback scores - may factor in other metrics from placement later on) - # of candidates secured per batch - NPS of candidate experience through the admission process Sounds like You? - Experience - More than 3 Years of Experience in Technical Recruitment - Recruitment Skills - Strong understanding of candidates- behavioral alignment - Tech Skills - Exceptional understanding of tech skills for software engineers - especially JavaScript, React, Node.js - a strong proficiency in Web-related technologies (frontend + backend both). - Process Oriented: You have an eye for detail and is process driven (even if it requires to set it up) - Problem solver: You excel at understanding and solving complex problems. You have astonishing attention to detail. - Technical communicator: Mastery of English language, written and spoken both. You can confidently break down tricky topics in writing and in person - Surprisingly efficient: You get a lot done quickly, and can translate your skills into new processes that your team will follow - Leadership: You will rapidly grow into a company leader.
