As a VP - HR you will be reporting to the Site Head  The incumbent will be responsible for heading the India HR team responsible for a multi-location, 1,500+ employee organization. Transform 2 disparate locations sets of HR policies, procedures, systems and cultures into one cohesive world class approach.   Roles & Responsibilities   - Heading the entire India HR team; being the hands-on leader to direct the full spectrum of HR activities from manpower planning, talent management and development to compensation & benefits.   - Lead the HR direct and indirect reports (Managers and above level) to ensure consistency and fairness of HR programs, benefits, procedures etc across the different business functions in India  - Lead re-restructuring/ organizational changes from HR perspective  - Review all HR policies, procedures and systems, including pay levels & grades, across 3 delivery centers. Combine and develop a world-class, best practices based employee manual, pay level & grading, and comprehensive set of policies, procedures and systems for all sites.  - Maintain harmonious relationships and lead win-win negotiations with employees  - Design, architect, facilitate and oversee learning and development programs, including leadership programs and organizational needs assessments to ensure employees are managed fairly and effectively to maximize performance and engagement  - Maintain an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, actively reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.  - Responsible for Human Resources strategy and execution  - Design, collect and analyze HR metrics to develop and deliver well-designed programmes and initiatives to contribute towards the business goals.  - Effectively address the performance management, succession planning and training & development requirements across India to drive a high-performance culture  - Lead HR network in whole country to share the HR best practices among the different businesses  - Act as HR advisor/ change catalyst to all businesses to ensure alignment to corporate governance, HR policies and programs  - Work closely with TA and pull from previous experience to ensure the business defines, attracts, develops, and retains high-quality talent at all levels to support the growth objectives, opportunities, and strategies of the company  - Develop and implement effective CSR programs encompassing environment, workplace, community and marketplace issues.  Qualification/Skills  - Master's degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration/ Labor Relations or related field  - At least 15 years of human resources management experience in multinational company, among which at least 5 years at a country senior managerial level position and exposure to BPO industry  - Must have multi-site lead HR management experience in the BPO industry with 1,000+ employees  - A self-starter HR leader with strong competency in India Compensation and Benefits  - Able to act as effective change agent in business integration/restructuring  - Strong Leadership Skills; especially influencing and conflict resolution skills  - Advanced knowledge of HR laws, policies, programs, and procedures  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills  - Should be willing to travel
