Pernod Ricard India - Manager - Human Resources - Plant HR (4-8 yrs)
POSITION: Manager - Human Resource (Plant HR role)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To identify training needs of employees including permanent workman & preparation of training calendar and its implementation.
- Build and Implement Skill Matrix for Workers and support for their skill upgradation through structured programs and assessments.
- To Conduct the training as per plan and maintain the record of training including training evaluation process.
- To organize induction trainings for new joinees and on job training for the shop floor peoples.
- To maintain and improve upon the QMS in the department.
- Ensure proper documentation for Training with respect to requirement for QSE & XO.
- Audit Preparedness & Coordination
- Grievances handling of employees & Exit Interviews as required.
- Work closely with Plant HR Manager to ensure D&I agenda is implemented.
- Mediclaim Management of employees
- To prepare and ensure implementation of employee engagement activities such as annual day celebration, picnic, and other occasional programs.
- To assist HR manager to manage welfare activities & schemes for employees & their families.
Monthly MIS & data analysis :
- To manage efficiently transport arrangement to ensure timely & safe transport for employees
- To manage efficiently pantry, canteen, guest-house & to ensure good hygienic conditions
- HRIS, Workday and employee database management
- Ensure Annual medical check up for Plant
- Role has the opportunity to do developmental initiatives - new / addressing current challenges in the People domain in the Plant
Partner with Business for Culture & Capability Building initiatives :
- Ensure IDP is in line with the Talent Management Framework to facilitate Career Development
- Support HR Manager to anchor all PMS processes: Goal Setting; MYR; Year End Review & PIP
- Roll-out Workshops as required for the PMS Process
- All Workday actions to be completed by employee & resp. Manager
- Closely monitor PIP cases
- Support Plant HR Manager to ensure labour law compliance
QUALIFICATIONS:
Postgraduate in Human Resource Management from recognized universities in India
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 4-8 years of total experience
- Prior plant experience is highly desirable but it is not mandatory. However factory culture is different from Office working environment and candidate should be willing and enthusiastic to embrace that.

- Candidate will be responsible to:
- Provide training hence good communication skills
- For skill development of workers - hence prior exposure is desirable but again not mandatory as long as candidate has the patience to learn
